Do you only sell online, or do you also do fencing installation work?
Both. Inline Fencing is a working contracting business first — we install, repair and maintain fencing across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This shop sells the tools we use ourselves. If you'd rather have the job done for you than tackle it yourself, get in touch directly.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–6 days via Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx, for a total estimated delivery time of 6–8 days from order.

Is shipping free?
Yes — orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery. Orders under that threshold have a standard shipping charge shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — we ship to UK addresses only.

What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused. If an item arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, standard return postage applies.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Will these tools work for a DIY job, or are they only suited to professionals?
Both — everything we sell is chosen because it's reliable enough for daily trade use, which also makes it more than capable for a one-off DIY project. If you're not sure which tool suits your job, contact us and we're happy to advise.
